Justin is an industry sponsored angler and YouTuber. He has worked with, and coached, youth anglers in Iowa over the past seven years. Justin enjoys fishing year-round through freshwater, saltwater and ice fishing.

A current elementary educator, Emily has dedicated her time into creating lasting programs and educational opportunities for youth anglers for over seven years serving as an assistant coach, multiple committee leads, and team "mom".

Steve is the current Drake University women's golf head coach. Steve is one of our founding board members and loves to fish when he has free time.

Craig is our other founding board member and currently serves as the current Fire Marshal for the Johnston-Grimes Metropolitan Fire Department. Craig has worked with various nonprofit organizations and is passionate about fishing and the outdoors. Craig has also been a volunteer boater for our program since inception.

Jim joined the IYFL board in 2021. He is the current Johnston-Grimes Metropolitan Fire Chief. Jim is an avid angler and dedicated boater for our youth anglers. Jim has a wide knowledge and skills base that he brings to the organization.

Steve has been with the IYFL since the beginning, but joined the board in 2022. Currently serving as a Lieutenant for the Johnston Police Department, Steve has provided his time and boat for many young anglers throughout the pass few years.
